Director
Ignatius Adegunle is the Senior Partner/ Chief Executive Officer of ACTS Professional Service.
Ignatius is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a former Vice President of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He performs compliance and consulting services to companies, Finance and Insurance corporate covering organisations recovery of prolonged bank debts, debt litigations and disposal of assets.
He has over 50 years’ experience in auditing, investigation, consulting, and taxation matters. His experience covers both the public and private sectors of the economy. He is particularly experienced in consulting and tax matters in the Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Financial Services industries, Consumer business sectors in Nigeria as well as international investments, due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions among others, and has planned and structured several international investments, due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions among others for companies investing in various industries in Nigeria. He has also handled numerous recovery assignments for international and Nigerian companies in different states of the Federation. He was a Senior Tax Partner in KPMG Nigeria for over 10years before joining Akintola Williams Deloitte in 2002 as a Senior Tax Partner.

Andrew Nweke is a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Amborg Global Resources (AGR) Limited, a leading Engineering Company offering Integrated Construction Solutions and related services across Nigeria and Dubai. Mr Nweke, pioneered project management and monitoring based disbursement of APG proceeds for banks. He is a firm believer in the ability of home-grown, Nigerian companies to compete favorably globally to deliver projects of the highest standards. This belief he has brought to bear on the operational values of AGR Limited. Under his Leadership, AGR Limited has successfully delivered several projects to happy clients. An astute entrepreneur and serial Investor, His interests span diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy; ranging from Marine Services, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Finance. He also sits on the Board of several companies amongst which are:
- Board Chairman, Norrenberger Securities Ltd – 2021 till date.
- Board Chairman Resort Mortage Bank plc 2021-2023
- Board Member (Chairman Credit and Investment Committee), Norrenberger Financial Group – 2018 till date
- Board Chairman, Blue Phoenix Marine UK Ltd – 2017 till date His core competencies include Policy Development, Community Development, Efficiency Improvement, Strategy, Project Management, Project Optimization.
He is a Director in Prime Cost and Engineering Consultants Limited and is also a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
He was an Executive Director at Bukham Engineering & Construction & Co. Limited and Network Facility Management Services Limited.
Director
Andrew Haladu is the Chief Executive of Harps Group with diverse interests in Petroleum, Property Development, Offshore Marine Services and Biotechnology amongst other areas.
He was instrumental in the expansion of Advanced Management Concept Nig. Ltd into the Nigerian Marine and Dredging Services market in 1993 and spear headed the establishment of H. A. R. Petroleum Services in Nigeria in 1999.
Andrew is on the board of International Services Management LLC, a company which has its focus on Corporate Finance, Petroleum brokerage and International Business Consultancy based in New York and Bahamas. He is a graduate of Computer Engineering from the prestigious Florida Institution of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. He brings to the board his experiences garnered in various sectors over the last 30 years
Executive Director
Kudi is a Chartered Accountant and Accounting graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She was up till May 2023 the MD/CEO of Resort Savings and Loans PLC. Before then, she was the Executive Director/CFO of Eterna Plc 2014 to 2021 when she retired to concentrate on Fort Capital Ltd, a company she founded in 2013.
Earlier in her career she was Deputy General Manager on the Executive Committee of Bond Bank Ltd where she was the pioneer Treasurer and led the bank’s Treasury to be a reference bank within the financial instruments market. She was a key resource in the integration team of Skye Bank (now Polaris Bank) in the post consolidation process during the banking reform of 2005/06 when Bond Bank merged with other banks to become Skye Bank. Her prior responsibility as Treasurer and Head, Operations and Branch Coordination in Bond Bank is integral to achieving ASO’s forward-looking efficiency strategy.
Before then, she oversaw Home Finance Division, and she was also the Executive Director/CFO of the Finance and Risk Division of Aso Savings and Loans Plc. She was part of the Team that turned around Aso Savings and Loans from a moribund government institution to a foremost mortgage Bank in Nigeria. One that was responsible for origination of about 80% of mortgages under sale of non-essential government houses in 2007/8
In a career of over 35 years spanning Eterna Plc, Aso Savings & Loans Plc, Skye Bank, Bond Bank, First City Monument Bank and Akintola Williams & Co. (Now Akintola Williams Deloitte), Kudi has managed every core division of Commercial and Mortgage banking, and she is an experienced Treasurer. Consequently, she received many performance awards. She is a member of The Charted Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Technical Director
Mojisola is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in the construction industry. Her over 25 years of experience as a project manager, entrepreneur, and social impact consultant has shaped her expertise in overseeing large-scale housing projects and delivering social value to communities.
Mojisola is a certified Prince 2 Project Manager who holds a Master of Science degree with distinction in International Entrepreneurship from Coventry University, United Kingdom. Additionally, she possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the prestigious University of Ife (Obafemi Awolowo University).
