We provide borrower with options on the best mortgage terms available in the market and also assist in processing their mortgages.  Our services include advising clients on affordability based on income and properties available.  The company does not originate nor provide funds for the mortgage loan but negotiates with the mortgage banks to get the best possible financing deal for the borrower. We focus on group of individuals such as staff of large corporates or staff associations. Where the group of people already possess land and are desirous of developing properties that would be mortgaged, we assist in identifying developers that meet the home ownership aspiration of the group at minimal cost. Emphasis is placed on developers’ prior experience and credibility whilst not neglecting cost of construction. Where necessary, construction finance is sourced for the developer. In which case, the cost forms part of the cost of construction before mortgages are processed on the completed properties.
